Safety is extremely important to the organizing committee.

Security will be consistently monitored leading up to and during the event. 

Medical service will be provided in the Medical Centre with World Rowing and OC doctor on site.

  • Medical service, on water security and rescue will be provided during all official training and racing times.
  • First Aid service will be provided in the medical center marked with red cross inside the boat house area.

As per Rule 15 of the WR Rules of Racing, Rule book – Edition 2021, it is the responsibility of each Member Federation to ensure that all official participants of the 2024 World Rowing Senior, Under 23 & Under 19 Championships including rowers and team officials have adequate medical and accident insurance, as well as insurance covering liability, property and equipment.

Any costs of medical care for any official participant that are for anything other than regular care, shall be covered by the respective member federation’s medical policy. The Organizing Committee does not accept any responsibility for such costs.
