Ticketing – FAQ

All Inclusive Regatta Package Passes are currently the only type of tickets available.

Package includes entrance to all the following events scheduled from August 18th – 25th, 2024:

• Opening Ceremony
• Racing – Heats | Reps
• Racing – Quarter Finals
• Racing – Semi-Finals
• Racing – Finals
• Closing Ceremony

Individual day ticket passes will be available for sale in July 2024.  Please note that day ticket availability will be based on venue occupancy at time of purchase.

Yes. All medal rounds/sessions are included as part of these ticket passes.

Ticket package passes are priced as follows:

• GA Gold – Bleacher seating in Rennie Park @ $250 per package pass*
• GA Platinum – Grandstand seating in Craig Swayze Memorial Grandstand @ $350 per package pass*

*Prices are quoted and processed in Canadian funds and subject to a 6% ticketing service fee and 13% HST.

“GA Platinum” seats are available in the Grandstand located within the Craig Swayze Memorial Grandstand (63 Main St, St. Catharines, ON L2N 4T8, Canada). This location provides a dedicated spectator area immediately adjacent to the finish line of the rowing course.

“GA Gold” seats are available in Rennie Park (60 Lakeport Rd, St. Catharines, ON L2N 4P5, Canada). Spectator seating is in close proximity to the finish line, however, does not guarantee a direct view of the finish line. Modified or limited services will be provided (e.g., food and beverage sales, public washroom facilities, etc.)  Please note that Rennie Park is also the location of the ‘Fan Festival’ scheduled from August 21st – 24th, 2024.

Children 5 years of age and under are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket for entry. Only one child is permitted per paying adult. Depending on venue capacity, the child may be required to sit on the adult’s lap. Seniors, students and children older than five years of age will be required to purchase tickets at full price.

Yes. All ticket passes sold for the event are general admission. Priority access to seating will be provided to All Inclusive Regatta Package ticket pass holders 1 hour prior to the start of competition. Pass holders who have purchased “Platinum” seating can also access Rennie Park for additional seating, if they so desire.

We highly recommend that tickets are purchased prior to arrival. However; yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on-site. In order to purchase onsite, you will require a working mobile device and valid email address to complete your purchase. As a commitment to reducing our impact on the environment, we are only providing digital copies of tickets and will not be printing tickets on site.

After completing your purchase, please email tickets@stcrowing2024.com to communicate your accessibility needs and we will confirm your seating area and/or process for entry. Please note that for individuals with mobility needs, the “Platinum” seats available in the Craig Swayze Memorial Grandstands have limited accessible seating available. There are also multiple sets of stairs and we encourage you to consider accessing the “Gold” seating options in Rennie Park where there is a higher inventory of available accessible viewing areas.

Yes. All ticket types are transferable and can be transferred via your profile on the Tournkey ticketing system.
